Time Problem Generator Level 1: Less than an hour, within the hour

Solve time problems in context.

A TESiboard game which generates duration, start time and end time problems in context. This version makes questions that do not require pupils to roll up or down an hour in their calculation. This subtle difference is very useful for introducing the concept as it requires less mental juggling. Pupils can work forwards or back in hours and then minutes. For example, what is the difference between 1.15 and 3.30 may be posed but NOT what is the difference between 1.30 and 2.15.

Options allow you to further differentiate, playing with questions that, at one end of the scale, hug the half hour, quarter hour and on the hour, and then become increasingly more difficult.
